CoRich 共富島：刪除你的資料

CoRich 共富島（iOS 與 Android 版）採「本機優先」設計，不需要註冊帳號。以下說明各類資料的刪除方式。

一、財務資料（記帳、資產、負債、投資、保險、照片）

這些資料只存在你的手機，我們沒有任何副本。

1. 打開 CoRich →「更多」→「設定」→「清除所有數據」，確認後即永久刪除；或
2. 直接刪除 App（或在系統設定中清除 App 資料）。

你自己匯出或備份的檔案（例如 .corich 資料包、CSV）存放在你選擇的位置，請自行刪除。

二、訂閱購買紀錄（由 RevenueCat 代為處理）

購買專業版後，App 會把購買憑證（商品、價格、購買與續訂時間）與一組隨機匿名的「會員 ID」傳送給服務供應商 RevenueCat。要刪除這些紀錄：

1. 在 App「設定」的會員狀態區塊，點「會員 ID」複製；
2. 寄信到 contact@roughzone.tw，主旨寫「刪除資料」，內文貼上會員 ID；
3. 我們會在 30 天內刪除該會員 ID 的購買紀錄，並回信確認。

三、會保留的資料

• Google Play／App Store 的付款與訂單紀錄：由 Google 或 Apple 依其政策與法律保存，我們無法刪除。
• 你寫給客服的信件：處理完你的請求後即刪除。

Delete your CoRich data (English)

App: CoRich 共富島 (iOS and Android). Developer: RoughZone Creative (粗糙空間創意有限公司). CoRich is local-first and has no user accounts.

1. Financial data (entries, assets, debts, investments, insurance, photos)

Stored only on your phone; we keep no copy. To delete: open CoRich → More → Settings → "清除所有數據" (Clear all data) and confirm, or uninstall the app / clear the app's data in system settings. Deletion is permanent. Backup or export files you created yourself must be deleted by you.

2. Subscription purchase records (processed by RevenueCat)

After a purchase, the app sends the purchase receipt (product, price, purchase/renewal time) and a random anonymous Member ID to our service provider RevenueCat. To request deletion: copy your "會員 ID" (Member ID) from Settings, email contact@roughzone.tw with the subject "Delete my data" and include the Member ID. We delete the purchase records for that Member ID within 30 days and confirm by email.

3. Data we cannot delete

Payment and order records kept by Google Play or the App Store under their own policies and the law. Support emails are deleted after your request is handled.
